Our apartment is a self-contained part of a water villa. The entrance to the apartment is through the private sun deck with a little staircase and enters the apartment in the kitchen area. The sun deck connects also to a little private part of the garden where you will find the two free bikes that come with the apartment.
Combined living room/kitchen
The apartment has a living room (water front) and open plan kitchen (shore front) with all modern equipment. The living room with television has patio doors directly to the water. The fully equipped kitchen has a (microwave) oven, dishwasher, fridge and cooking plate. Coffee and tea are included. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and hair dryer. Clean towels and linen are provided. There is free Wifi available. We can provide a computer without any extra costs if required. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with central heating with thermostat.
Bedroom/bathroom
Not only is the water villa situated in the ecological area of Amsterdam but your hosts are also very conscious of nature. They are committed to save energy that is why the water villa’s electricity is mainly powered by solar panels. Washing is reduced as much as possible and you are kindly asked to share this concern on nature. Therefor we have the policy to change the towels every 3 days and the bed linens once a week. However if you wish to have clean bed linens or towels in between please let your hosts know. We provide two brand new city bikes free of charge.The apartment has a private entrance and free parking in the front.
